Soothe Me: Tea Blend For Sore Throats

This blend was formulated to soothe a sore throat. These herbs work together to ease pain, fight off colds, and boost the immune system. The combination of Licorice and Fennel make this tea sweet and smooth.

Organic ingredients: Licorice Root, Wild cherry Bark, Slippery Elm, Lemon Peel, Fennel Seeds, Ginger, Echinacea, Peppermint, & Spearmint

Licorice: Demulcent & anti-viral. A strong mucosal anti-inflammatory aid. Licorice eases dry coughs, sore throats, and has a sweet taste

Wild Cherry Bark: Astringent & expectorant. Soothes and dries the mucous membranes and expels phlegm.

Slippery Elm: Mucilaginous. This herb has a gel-like consistency that coats the throat. Slippery Elm is both soothing & nutritious.  

Lemon Peel: Nutritive. Boost Immune system function. 

Fennel Seeds: Sweet in flavor. Fennel contains antispasmodic properties that can help relieve coughs.

Ginger: A strong anti-inflammatory. Ginger enhances immune function.

Echinacea: Anti-viral. Echinacea simulates the immune system to fight off colds.

Peppermint & Spearmint: Both strong-flavored herbs. They are both cooling to the body and can ease pain & coughs.
