Our nightcap tea contains a blend of herbs that aid in relaxation, easing tension, & promoting restful sleep. If you don't like the taste of tea, try adding juice!

Passionflower- A calming nervine that eases stress & restlessness 

Skullcap- A relaxing nervine, skullcap calms the brain, aids in sleep, and helps with chronic stress.
