Mother's Milk: Herbal Tea Blend

Our Mother's Milk blend was formulated to increase milk production in nursing mamas. This blend contains herbs that have been traditionally used in the past to promote healthy lactation. 

Pro-Tip: This tea blend contains blessed thistle which is a bitter herb. To help with taste, add honey or your favorite sweetener! 

Blessed Thistle- Galactagogue (lactation inducer). A bitter herb with a high mineral content

Fennel Seed- Galactagogue. Helps to sweeten and increase milk supply

Nettle- Highly nutritious. Nettle is rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, protein, and vitamin K & A. It helps to enrich milk supply while also being an excellent tonic for women. It supports vitality after childbirth.

Fenugreek- Lactation inducer
