Our Elderberry Syrup Kit is a fall and winter staple! Elderberries have immuno-enhancing properties as well as antiviral properties. Elderberry extract has been shown to reduce cold and flu symptoms. These little berries are packed with vitamin C, polyphenols, & fiber. Just add water & honey!
