All Dried Up: Herbal Tea Blend

This tea blend was created to help women reduce milk production. The herbs found in this blend have been credited for many years in breast milk reduction. 

Sage- A common culinary herb, also acts as an anti-galactagogue (decreases milk production). 

Parsley- Another common kitchen herb, parsley is an anti-galactagogue. This herb is also very nutritious. 

Peppermint- peppermint is a soothing aromatic for the nervous system while also producing great flavor
